We are looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our client’s luxury care home. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that values excellence in both care and service. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for residents and their guests—combining attention to detail with a warm, people-focused approach.

• Previous experience in a hospitality role (care home experience desirable but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and guests in a warm, friendly manner

• Support the setup and delivery of events and hospitality services

• Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents and visitors

• Respond to guest inquiries and offer information about available services and amenities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of hospitality areas

• Work closely with the Hospitality Manager to enhance and innovate guest experiences

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment

• Prepare light meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
