Hospitality Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established, highly regarded hospitality venue in the beautiful and desirable Brighton location.

We're looking for a confident and personable Hospitality Assistant Manager to help lead a friendly team and deliver exceptional service across a busy, varied venue hosting events, functions and hospitality experiences.

This is a fantastic hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

Proven hospitality, catering or restaurant experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident team leadership abilities
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Food safety knowledge
Flexibility for evenings and weekends
Barista or events experience would be a bonus
