What you'll be doing In the absence of the Head Chef, assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation General production of breakfast, lunch and hospitality To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials Deliver first class food throughout service Manage all associated administration Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists Experience A passion for food and service Flexible approach to hours and duties IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
