Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiting Staff to join our team. As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when requested.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards.
Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or inquiries.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional weekends.
