Job Description - Hospitality Manager

Salary: £30,000

40 hours per week

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality team within their beautiful care home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in food and beverage service management, who is passionate about delivering high standards and creating meaningful, memorable experiences for residents and their guests.

As the Hospitality Manager you will take ownership of the dining experience, from everyday meals to private dining sessions and special events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, with a commitment to excellence and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven managerial experience in a hospitality setting (such as hotels, restaurants, or events)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others

  • Experience with planning, budgets, and cost control in a service-led environment

  • A person-centred approach with excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional manner

  • Passion for creating memorable, high-quality dining and hospitality experiences

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of hospitality services, including daily dining operations, event catering, and private dining experiences

  • Leading, supporting, and inspiring a team to deliver high standards of food, service, and customer care

  • Creating a warm, welcoming environment that promotes dignity, choice, and inclusion for all residents

  • Managing budgets, stock levels, and ordering in line with company guidelines

  • Planning menus and hospitality offerings in collaboration with catering and care teams

  • Ensuring all hospitality services meet regulatory standards and reflect the values of person-centred care

  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to understand and meet individual preferences and expectations
