Job Description - Hospitality Operations Manager

As the Hospitality Operations Manager, you will be a customer service professional, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences at ISS. Job Description
Your role involves organising and overseeing all aspects of the hospitality catering operation, aligning with our strategic growth plan while ensuring profitability. You'll manage operations within budgetary guidelines and compliance with client, company, and statutory regulations.
Your proactive approach includes engaging customers and tailoring offerings to meet their needs, maximising revenue opportunities. You'll also focus on developing and training a motivated team dedicated to customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in forecasting business areas, highlighting profit risks, and sharing successes to maximise overall profitability across the group. If you're ready to lead with passion and drive excellence in hospitality, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities
To ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are adhered to at all times.
To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations
To ensure your team wears the correct standard of dress or uniform at all times
To promote the Health and Wellbeing of your staff
To ensure that all company and client contracts are acted upon in the manner which best serves the company interests
To prepare information on financial and operational performance and activity relating to hospitality department when and where requested
To maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours
To ensure only recognised company procedures as outlined in the company manuals are in place at the unit
