The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the setup and launch of our new venues in London. Reporting directly to our Head of Operations, this role requires a proactive, energetic individual with experience in hospitality and project management. You will oversee all aspects of the project, from initial planning to opening day, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. This is a high-impact role that demands excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a passion for creating vibrant, community-focused spaces.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
Financial Management:
Develop and track financial expenditures, ensuring all spending aligns with the allocated budget and delivers appropriate ROI.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage relationships and coordination with contractors, designers, suppliers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that all construction and fit-out meet safety standards and brand expectations.
Operational Setup:
Oversee the installation of IT systems, kitchen equipment, and dining area setup, ensuring operational protocols and standards are established.
You Have What It Takes:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably with experience in launching new hospitality venues.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Attitude:
Energetic, dynamic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for creating vibrant, community-focused spaces.
Languages:
Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of UK property regulations.
Familiarity with local service providers and community engagement.
