We're looking to appoint a Business Development & Sales Manager within our Country House t

o

develop and maintain a successful portfolio and range of service offerings to new and existing customers. You will

work with the Marketing team to agree annual promotions and campaigns to drive business and

manage Country House sales, weddings and events co-ordination through customer relationship management until handover to our Operations team.

You will have previous experience of working in a sales role within the hospitality sector and a proven track record in working to targets.
Strong communication skills are essential in this position.
You will have knowledge of using social media to promote sales enquiries and be confident in the use of CRM systems.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week working variable hours to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required. Standard hours usually but flexibility required when needed.
