Are you an experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie looking for a role where you can cook at a high level without giving up your evenings and weekends?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the hospitality team of a prestigious international law firm, moving into a brand-new site in the heart of the City of London.

You'll be working in a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen, delivering high-end corporate hospitality including fine dining lunches, elegant bowl food, VIP hospitality and bespoke corporate events.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll be a key member of the kitchen brigade, taking ownership of your section and working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver consistently exceptional food.

This is a hands-on role within a quality-driven environment where creativity is encouraged, standards are high and development is taken seriously.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Take full responsibility for your section and mise en place
Prepare and deliver fine dining and high-end hospitality menus
Work across corporate lunches, VIP hospitality and private events
Deliver bowl food, canapés and bespoke event menus
Work with fresh, seasonal and premium ingredients
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy services
Contribute ideas to menu development and new food concepts
Help maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and service
Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
Develop your skills within a professional and supportive brigadeTHE FOOD & ENVIRONMENT

This is not your traditional contract catering kitchen.

The operation is focused on delivering restaurant-quality food within a premium corporate hospitality environment, with a varied service offering that keeps the role interesting.

You'll be exposed to:

The new site will provide a modern, well-equipped kitchen and an environment where chefs are encouraged to take pride in their work and contribute ideas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie / Senior CDP
Experience within fine dining, corporate hospitality, contract catering, hotels, events or premium restaurants
Strong knowledge of fresh food and quality ingredients
Excellent section management and organisational skills
High standards of food preparation and presentation
Experience working in a busy, professional kitchen
A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality
Good communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The confidence and ambition to develop and progressFine dining, Michelin, Rosette, luxury hotel or high-end events experience would be advantageous, but the right attitude and passion for food are equally important.
