MPJ Recruitment are proud to be representing one of our clients, who are a leading financial services company, actively looking for multiple Customer Service Administrators to join their team based in Dingwall. You will be managing your own workload, whilst using your excellent written and verbal communication skills by responding to written correspondence and providing advice to customers in a timely manner.

Call Centre Advisor Responsibilities:

• You’ll be responding to written correspondence in relation to general queries.
• Answering inbound telephone calls.
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Priorities a busy work load

Call Centre Advisor Requirements:

• Customer Service/Administration experience
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• The ability to work quickly and accurately
• Sound IT skills - using Outlook, Excel, and Word
