Hospitality Supervisor

Our client, an education site near Godalming, Surrey are currently looking for a

Hospitality/Duty Manager

within their catering team.
The site caters for up to 450 students a day in addition to a range of hospitality to include Headmaster dinners, open mornings, match teas, balls, graduations etc.
You will work 5 days out of 7 rota, on average, 40 hours per week, usually between the hours of 07:00

19:30 but with the flexibility to work outside of those times on occasion.
The ideal candidates duties will include:
Supervising the performance of frontline catering team members, ensuring all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations are carried out. Where necessary, ensuring frontline teams perform all general duties to support the efficient running of a contract or unit in line with contractual requirements.
