Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and ensure the kitchen is ready for practical sessions
• Maintain stock levels and keep an accurate inventory of equipment
• Support teaching staff during demonstrations and assist students during practical work
• Help students plan and deliver themed events and service days
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 qualification in Catering or Hospitality
• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
• Knowledge of stock control and health & safety procedures
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude and a passion for working with learners
