Host/Hostess - BFI Riverfront, Southbank

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join the team at BFI Riverfront, our vibrant restaurant and bar, in the hottest spot on the Southbank, with spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames.

£13.00 per hour + approx. £3.50 per hour in service charge

Full-time position (30+ hours per week)

The role requires weekend availability, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily

About the Host/Hostess role:

• Day to day managing of guest relations providing excellent customer service
• Welcoming day visitors and guests to the venue
• Incoming and outgoing telephone enquires
• Restaurant and bar reservations and enquiries
• Working alongside the senior management team to ensure smooth running of the venue

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with OpenTable and DesignMyNight systems
• A warm, engaging personality and a professional demeanor
• Willingness to assist the front-of-house team when needed
