What will I be doing?
The Hotel Admin Manager will work with the GM and HOD’s to ensure that systems and procedures used to manage the Hotel team and the employee life cycle, as well as the hotel financial reporting and controls are adhered to and completed in an accurate and timely manner.

A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do
A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on all systems for both finance and HR.
Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed
Ability to train and coach the managers in HR matters onsite
