As Hotel Duty Manager, you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of each shift:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel during your shift
Lead, motivate and support team members across departments
Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and special visitors
Use CRM and till systems accurately and efficiently
Ensure detailed and effective handovers between shifts
Monitor service standards and maintain operational excellence
Work a mixture of day and overnight shifts as part of the rotaWhat we're looking for:
To succeed as Hotel Duty Manager in Bridport, you'll need:

Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Confidence dealing with guest concerns and resolving issues
Experience using hotel management, CRM or till systems
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Flexibility to work both day and overnight shifts
Access to your own transport due to the hotel's location
