We are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our team at The George Hotel, Dorchester upon Thames, Oxfordshire. Recently refurbished and situated in the beautiful Oxfroshire countryside, 8 miles from Oxford we are looking for a Head Chef with the creative flair and professional pride to keep this hotel on the food map for hotel guest and the local community.
Who are we looking for?
An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes
Experience with managing a small team but enjoying being a hands on Head CHef.
Passionate about food and desire to excel at what you do
Can work well within a team, but also with their own initiative
Can inspire and develop a team
Experience in menu creation and costing
Used to working to labour and GP targets
