Hotel Manager

at the Baglioni Hotel London on a full-time basis. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and guest orientated individual to join our team.
Reporting to the Area General Manager, the Hotel Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:
Oversee and contribute to the successful operation of all operational departments
Services and operations are monitored against qualitative and quantitative standards of performance
Performance management processes are fully implemented across all departments
Appropriate records are maintained in accordance with Company and legal requirements
Opportunities for business improvement and risk taking are identified and cost benefit analysis undertaken
The successful Hotel Manager will:
possess excellent leadership qualities to effectively manage staff, delegate tasks, and inspire a positive work environment.
understands the importance of customer satisfaction and ensures that guests receive the highest level of service during their stay providing top-notch service
have effective decision-making to maximize profitability and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel
be able to provide valuable insights into the unique demands and standards of luxury hospitality
