🌙 Hotel Night Manager – Join Our Passionate Front Office Team! 🌙

📍 Location: Pullman London St Pancras

💼 Full-Time | 4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off | 8:00PM – 8:00AM

💰 Salary: £33,887 per annum (£16.71 per hour)

We are on the lookout for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Night Manager to join our Front Office team at Pullman London St Pancras. 

You’ll lead our night operation with energy and confidence, ensuring the smooth and secure running of the hotel overnight alongside your night team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver memorable welcomes for every guest
• Oversee Night Audit processes, ensuring accurate revenue posting and reporting
• Liaise with day teams on arrivals, overbookings, VIPs, and group bookings
• Ensure efficient handovers and daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs
• Handle credit cards, refunds, and complimentary room allocations
• Maintain guest security and the cleanliness of public areas overnight
• Support team performance and guest satisfaction while maximizing upsell opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Assistant Night Manager in a 4-star (or similar) hotel
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Solid understanding of hotel operations and systems – OPERA Cloud knowledge is a plus!
• A proactive, guest-first attitude and high attention to detail
