Hotel Receptionist

Job title: Receptionist

Salary: Up to 8.65 GBP p/hr

Location: Coniston, Cumbria

Type of contract: Permanent

Workplace description: Next to Coniston Water, with views across the lawns and to the lake, this hotel’s lounge bar offers local ales, light snacks and afternoon tea. The restaurant offers a fine menu of local cuisine. The centre of Coniston is a 2-minute walk away.

Main duties and responsibilities: The role will involve assisting with many and varied guest requirements from check-in to check-out, answering the telephone and taking reservations ensuring excellent guest service at all times.

Essential criteria: You'll be well presented and have excellent customer and communication skills with a good command of spoken English. You'll also be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative whilst displaying exceptional standards of customer care at all times.
