Our customer is an award winning and very well established B2B global travel company. They pride themselves on being service-driven, offering an impressive range of solutions for groups and FIT travel.

They are on the lookout for an experienced Hotel Revenue Executive to join their enthusiastic team!

Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee hotel contracts within the UK, taking full responsibility for managing all commercial relationship aspects to ensure the company remains highly competitive.

  • Negotiate and secure exclusive rates, allocations, and terms with a portfolio of hotels across the UK
  • Build and manage strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term commercial success
  • Achieve room night and/or revenue targets by continually optimising rate competitiveness and availability
  • Maintain in-depth market knowledge and be recognised as the hotel expert within your assigned region
  • Identify and target new strategic hotel partners to expand the portfolio
  • Monitor contract usage and rate competitiveness to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with global sales teams, sharing market feedback and supporting commercial initiatives
  • Provide market analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategy
  • Deliver training, coaching, and support on hotel-related matters when required
  • Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and supplier meetings as needed



Experience Required:

  • Strong negotiator
  • Experience in hotel contracting, travel, or tourism industries
  • Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of hotel distribution and channel managers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hands-on approach
  • Confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English
  • Analytical and data-driven, capable of translating insights into strategy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools
