Reporting to: Head Housekeeper / Executive Head Housekeeper
Salary: £28,121.60 per annum (live out) / £25,396.80 per annum (live in)
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (rota-based)

We are now looking for dedicated and detail-driven Housekeepers to join our exceptional team and help us maintain the highest standards across this iconic hotel.

Working Hours & Flexibility

• 40-hour contract across 5 days per week, scheduled on a rota basis.
• Shifts may start at 7am, 9am, or 1pm - full flexibility is essential.
• Weekends and bank holidays are part of the schedule.

Important to Know

• Due to our remote island location, live-out applicants must have a car and valid driving licence.
• You must have the right to work in the UK - we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

What You’ll Do

• Service and clean a set number of guest bedrooms daily to exacting standards.
• Carry out evening turndown service to create a luxurious night-time environment for guests.
• Respond to guest requests (such as additional items or amenities) promptly and professionally.
• Ensure public areas are immaculate throughout the day.
• Assist with deep cleans, linen handling, and back-of-house cleanliness.
• Handle all tasks with discretion, security awareness, and pride in your work.
• Always greet guests with a warm smile and professional presence.
