£27,000 - £30,000 plus bonus scheme

1to1 Group are currently looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to work with the Accommodation Manager to play a central role in the running of the venue bedrooms and suites. You will deliver exceptional levels of customer service, to the highest of standards. Experience in a premium hotel/accommodation/housekeeping setting is essential.

This is a full time, permanent role, working 5 days out of 7 including a weekend shift rota with 1 weekend off per month. Hours are 07:00 - 15:30, with a flexible start between 07:00 - 08:00 on non-breakfast and cleaning days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping to oversee the day-to-day accommodation operation
• Monitoring accommodation quality to ensure that the customer experience exceeds expectations, and all set operating standards are achieved
• Ensuring each guest has a memorable stay by offering excellent levels of customer service from check-in to check-out
• Leading by example, to ensure a high-performing team and actively supporting where needed
• Covering cleaning shifts, on a regular basis to help cover and monitor standards
• Working alongside colleagues to deliver breakfasts and complete deep cleaning tasks
• Completing admin related tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring stock and equipment is used correctly
• Deputising for the Accommodation Manager, where required
