Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Associate at mySTAYINN in Inverness. As a Housekeeping Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include laundry, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the properties, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also assist in training new housekeeping staff and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Laundry and organization skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in housekeeping or a similar role
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Training or supervisory experience is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of property management software is beneficial
