Housekeeper/ Office Cleaner - World Duty Free Warehouse - Egham

Optime are excited to be recruiting Office Cleaners for a prestigious client in Egham. This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.

Please note: As this is a secure warehouse role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.

What’s on offer:

• Rate of pay: £13.55 per hour
• Shifts pattern : 4 on 4 off
• Shift timings: 8AM - 8PM
• Weekly pay (Every Friday)
• Free on-site parking
• Overtime ( x 1.5 rate)
• Immediate Start (subject to 5-year background check)
• Potential to move from a temporary to a permanent contract (based on performance).

Key Duties:

• Thoroughly clean all sections of the Warehouse's offices, encompassing tasks such as toilet cleaning, addressing biohazardous spills, and employing appropriate measures in confined spaces or outdoor settings (in varying weather conditions with provided PPE).
• This role will require you to work in the following locations of the warehouse: Inside, Outside, Smoking Areas, Canteens, Offices and Rest rooms.
• Perform duties like mopping, sweeping, and litter picking to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Change and clean bins as part of routine responsibilities.
  

Requirements:

• Great work ethic.
• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Driving Licence with access to own vehicle is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience of working towards targets.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Must be over 18.
• You must be able to provide 5-year checkable history to secure long-term employment within this business.
