Housekeeper – UHNW Family Office & Private Residences
Location: Belgravia, London
Contract: Full-time, Live-out
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Start Date: Immediate Start
Overview
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly professional Housekeeper to support a small UHNW family office and associated private residences in Belgravia.
This is a long-term full-time role within a highly organised and discreet environment. The successful candidate will primarily be based within the family office, maintaining exceptional standards and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the space, while occasionally assisting at nearby private residences when required.
The client is seeking someone refined, discreet, highly presentable, and confident working independently within ultra-high-net-worth environments. This is not a purely task-based housekeeping role; they are looking for a strong all-rounder with a proactive mindset and an excellent understanding of private service standards.
The ideal candidate will be naturally polished, adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable interacting professionally with principals, guests, and senior staff when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Full housekeeping and maintenance of office and residential spaces to an exceptional standard
• Maintaining organised, immaculate, and presentation-ready environments
• Supporting the smooth running of the small family office on a day-to-day basis
• Occasional guest greeting and light hospitality support such as preparing refreshments or coffee
• Working independently while maintaining strong communication with the wider team
• Occasionally assisting within nearby private residences when required
• Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
Schedule
• Full-time, generally Monday to Friday
• Maximum 45 working hours per week
• Occasional weekend support may be required from time to time, with time off in lieu provided
• Flexibility required for rotational early and later shifts depending on operational needs
• Example shift patterns may include:
 - 7:30am – 4:30pm
 - 1:00pm – 10:00pm

• Previous experience within UHNW private households or family offices in London essential
• Strong housekeeping skills and excellent attention to detail
• Experience operating within highly professional and structured environments
• Polished, discreet, and highly reliable
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong understanding of private service standards and etiquette
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused
