Join Sodexo as a Housekeeper Supervisor at London N1C 4AG, and be part of an organisation committed to creating exceptional environments! As the Housekeeper Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising and training housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you’ll do:
Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, including room attendants and cleaners
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and company policies
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure timely completion.
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
Order and replenish supplies as needed, maintaining cost control measures.
Proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Implement and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures
What you bring:
Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and cleaning agents
