Introduction


As a Housing Advice and Early Intervention Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with housing and complex needs; particularly for those with complex vulnerabilities. Offering a person-centred service, you'll provide expert advice, guidance, and practical support to help residents make informed decisions about their housing options. You'll conduct holistic assessments and make referrals, aiming to prevent homelessness and reduce reliance on crisis services. Administrative tasks are also key to ensuring smooth service delivery. Your role ensures clients receive the right support, every step of the way.

What we’re looking for


We are looking for a high performing individual who is committed to excellent standards of customer service in a fast paced environment.


Location


The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary


£37,509 - £38,637 per annum (Scale 6)


N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
