Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Previous experience in housing disrepair is essential. Experience in Personal Injury is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent telephone manner, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
