The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm in their search for Housing Disrepair Paralegal/Fee Earner.
The firm's Housing Disrepair department is looking to hire an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner to join their team. The new Paralegal/Fee Earner will work alongside the existing team to help advance the legal practice.
The perfect candidate will possess prior experience in housing disrepair and a solid understanding of CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on their own caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.
The Candidate
A paralegal with at least 2 years Housing Disrepair experience
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
