Description

As a Housing Disrepair Paralegal your duties will include:

• Managing your own case load of housing disrepair claims being pre and post-litigated cases.
• Dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications
• Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
• Complete autonomy with instruction through to settlement
• Dealing with complex cases
• Dealing with small claims, fast and multitrack cases

Profile

As a Housing Disrepair Paralegal your duties will include:

Job Offer

• An attractive salary range of £24,300 - £30,000 per annum
