Housing Disrepair Solicitor

An established legal practice in the Manchester area is looking to recruit an experienced Housing Disrepair specialist to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis. They are open to considering both qualified solicitors and experienced non-qualified fee earners, provided you have a strong track record in this area of law.

You’ll be responsible for managing a full caseload of HDR matters from start to finish, including evidence gathering, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and maintaining regular communication with clients. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and knowledgeable team within a supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in housing disrepair claims
• Strong case handling, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Confident working autonomously and within a team
• Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
• Qualified solicitor or equivalent experience welcomed
