MUST HAVE'S

* Experience in a customer-focused, casework or support role

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Confidence handling sensitive conversations with empathy

* Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy workload

* Good IT skills and confidence using databases/systems

NICE TO HAVE'S

* Experience within housing, homelessness or tenancy support

* Understanding of safeguarding and working with vulnerable people

* Experience working in a local authority or public sector setting

* Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and guidance

* Managing a caseload and delivering timely, accurate support

* Speaking with customers to understand circumstances and agree next steps

* Assessing needs, risks and suitability of available options

* Keeping clear, detailed records and updating systems accurately

* Liaising with internal teams and external partners to progress cases
