We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Private Sector Housing team as a Housing Liaison and Tenancy Sustainment Officer – Sizewell C.
The role:
As a Housing Liaison and Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will support the Housing Project Manager to understand the impacts on the local housing market, support residents being impacted to sustain tenancies, prevent homelessness and support to deliver the Sizewell C Accommodation Plan linked to the Accommodation Strategy and Deed of Obligation as it pertains to housing.
What you will need:
If you have knowledge and experience of housing standards, working with landlords, tenants and vulnerable customers then we would love to hear from you!
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
