A well-regarded law firm in the Preston area is looking to recruit a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong interest in housing law to take on a varied and rewarding caseload.

The role involves handling a broad range of housing litigation matters, including possession proceedings, disrepair claims, and anti-social behaviour cases. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake their own advocacy where needed. However, if you're not yet confident in this area, full training and support will be provided to help you develop those skills but this is essential to the role.

What they're looking for:

• A qualified solicitor (NQ+ considered) with experience in housing or civil litigation (preferably 2+)
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Strong communication and case management skills
• Willingness to undertake advocacy (training available if needed)
