We have partnered with an industry-leading law firm in Manchester City Centre who is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join its established team.

Role Requirements:

• Running a caseload of pre and post litigation housing conditions claims on behalf of tenants
• Ensuring compliance with and applying relevant legislation and regulations 
• Drafting legal documents  
• Negotiating settlements 
• Issuing Court Proceedings 

Experience Requirements:

• Housing disrepair experience is essential 
• 4+ years of litigation experience  
• Proficiency in case management systems (ideally ProClaim)
• Extensive experience of handling your own litigated caseload
