Housing Management Solicitor – Bristol

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Housing Management Associate Solicitor at a nationally recognised Legal 100 firm, based in Bristol. This role involves working closely with a Partner to support public sector clients, especially housing associations and social housing providers.

The role:

• Possession and injunction claims
• Cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Breach of tenancy issues, leasehold management and service charge disputes

Your Profile:

• Experience with social landlords is essential
