Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting a reputable housing provider in Kent with the recruitment of an experienced Housing Manager for an initial 3-month temporary contract.

Daily duties of the Housing Manager:

Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure properties and estates, ensuring positive outcomes for residents.
Lead and manage the end-to-end customer experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, wellbeing and safety.
Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations.
Investigate and resolve complaints effectively and within agreed timescales.
Manage tenancy-related queries and address community safety issues, including ASB and safeguarding concerns.Essential requirements of the Housing Manager:

Previous experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities within a social housing environment.
Demonstrable experience working within social housing.
Enhanced DBS check
