P4 Recruitment are working with a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people. They are looking for a Housing Officer / Admin to be part of the Health and Safety team.
About the role:
As a Housing Officer your primary focus will be ensuring safe and quality standards of the accommodation, office and commercial properties. This includes reporting, sourcing contractors, signing off works and ensuring they remain legally compliant.
The ideal candidate:
* Knowledge of statutory compliance across social housing and corporate buildings
* Understanding of Health & Safety legislation
* Work with the Facilities & Property Manager to ensure statutory compliance across our services and premises
* Valid driver’s licence and access to vehicle, business insurance required
* Occasional travel across the South West to carry out site visits
