Housing Services Manager – North Northamptonshire Council

Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Housing Services Manager

A key senior leadership role responsible for the operational management and continuous improvement of Housing Management Services. Working closely with the Head of Housing Management, you’ll lead teams across tenancy management, income collection, estate services, tenant engagement and housing support, ensuring high-quality, compliant and resident-focused services.

You’ll play a key role in driving service transformation, strengthening accountability, improving performance and customer satisfaction, and ensuring housing services meet statutory and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

* Strong experience managing housing services within a local authority, housing association or registered social housing provider.

* Extensive experience leading, coaching and developing teams, with strong performance and people management skills.

* Proven experience driving service improvement, transformation and organisational change.

* Strong knowledge of housing legislation, regulatory requirements, housing compliance and consumer standards.

* Experience managing tenancy services, estate management, rent arrears, income collection and tenancy enforcement.

* Experience using performance data, customer feedback and quality assurance to improve service delivery and resident outcomes.

* Strong understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, governance and risk management.

* Experience managing budgets, performance indicators and operational service plans.
