Housing Solicitor

We are currently working with a highly respected Legal 500 that is looking for a junior housing solicitor to join its elite team in Manchester. If you have a genuine interest in landlord and tenant law and housing litigation, and you are looking for a platform on which to excel, this is the role for you!

You will work with housing providers, landlords and property managers on a wide range of matters including disrepair claims, possession proceedings, tenancy enforcement and anti-social behaviour. The role offers you excellent exposure to contentious housing work and the opportunity to develop advocacy skills.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Hands-on experience representing landlords in housing or property litigation
• A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
• A demonstrable interest in landlord and tenant work and a commitment to specialising in housing law
