£26,500 - £28,000

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a charity organisation, who are recruiting for a Housing Support Worker in South Derbyshire.

Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker includes:

• Working with a variety of clients with complex needs including homelessness, substance misuse and young offenders
• Signposting clients to other services within the community
• Completing housing benefit, council tax and universal credit claims
• Conducting risk and needs assessments
• Ensuring service users safety and wellbeing during sleep ins

Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

• Basic or Enhanced DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence
