They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to join the HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering business critical HR projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering a variety of strategic and operational HR projects across the manufacturing facility of approximately 350 employees.
This role is ideal for an HR individual who enjoys project based work, stakeholder engagement, change initiatives, and driving improvements that enhance both employee experience and business performance.
You will work closely with managers, employees, and key business stakeholders to ensure HR projects are delivered successfully while providing HR support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a range of HR projects and initiatives across the site.
* Partner with managers to implement people related change programmes.
* Support organisational design, workforce planning, and restructuring activities where required.
* Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement projects across key HR processes.
* Analyse workforce data and produce insights to support decision-making.
* Ensure all HR activities are compliant with employment law and company policies.
* Build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
* Provide generalist HR support and guidance as required during the contract period.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
* Experience delivering HR projects and change programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operational environment.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
