HR Admin

The Recruitment Co are Currently Recruiting for a HR Administrator for their client in Dundee on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Salary:

£23,200 - £25,000 Per Annum
Hours:

08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday with a 16:00 finish on a Friday
Job Duties:
Manage Time and Attendance system and carry out return to work interviews.
Prepare files for payroll processing on a weekly basis.
Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy of payroll and pensions.
Help to manage employee absence in accordance with Company policy.
Manage recruitment on behalf of department managers.
Conduct/assist with investigation, disciplinary, grievance and appeals as required.
Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders. Liaise with other departments to rectify any issues.
Processing purchase invoices accurately and timely.
Supplier statement reconciliation.
Process Sales Invoices
Provide cover for/assistance to other department staff as required.
Prepare Commercial Invoices
Generate weekly and monthly reports for distribution within the company.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff as required.
Booking meeting rooms and organising catering.
Skills Required
Proven experience in similar roles
Excellent communication skills
MS Office experience
Working Knowledge of HR processes
Accounts experience (Essential)
HR experience (Essential)
