Position: HR Admin Associate
Location: Central Location
Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support to the HR department, reporting directly to the HR Manager. Assist in various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance. Support the HR Manager in coordinating recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with regulations. Assist in organising HR-related events, meetings, etc. Handle HR admin-related inquiries from employees providing timely and accurate information. Prepare HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports, with precision and attention to detail. Work collaboratively with the HR team to support departmental initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements: Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software systems. CIPD qualification or working toward certification. Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
