Job Description - HR Administrator

People Advisor

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

Hybrid options available

What You'll Do:
As a People Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping our employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Expert Guidance: Offer advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practises.
  • Driving Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and well-being.
  • Talent Management: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with employment legislation and assist in policy development.

What We're Looking For:
We seek a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a HR advisory or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A genuine passion for supporting people and enhancing workplace culture.
