Job Description - HR Administrator

HR Administrator, ASAP Start, Leicester , 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Amazing Media Company, £26,000 + benefits

HR Administrator duties:
  • Be the Gatekeeper of HR Clarity
    Manage and prioritise incoming HR queries through the HR Admin mailbox using the ServiceNow ticketing system. Every ticket you touch is a chance to make a difference.

  • Own the Solution
    Research HR-related queries, provide accurate resolutions, or assign tickets with precision. Whether it’s payroll, policy, or people—you’ll know how to find the answer or who can.

  • Be the Calm in the Chaos
    Confidently handle calls through the general HR advice line when needed, while staying laser-focused on email queries—our primary communication channel.

  • Collaborate to Win
    Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the HR Business Support team, ensuring every response is timely, accurate, and aligned with our values.
