Job Description - HR Administrator

Location: Swansea-site based
Pay: Circa £15 per hour
Duration::2 weeks, with potential to be extended
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator available immediately?

We're looking for a proactive HR professional to provide short-term support to a busy People team in Swansea. This is a hands-on, fast-paced temporary assignment where you'll be supporting the Wales People Partners with a range of employee lifecycle administration duties.

This role is primarily office-based, allowing you to work closely with the team and quickly get up to speed.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing probationary review letters and associated administration

Managing sickness absence administration, including trigger letters and documentation

Typing and formatting meeting notes

Maintaining accurate employee records

Supporting the People team with general HR administration

Assisting with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

About You
Previous experience in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role

Confident producing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook

Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
