HR Administrator – Apprentice

Location South Cambridge
Full-time 36 hours per week
Hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days WFH)
Salary: £25,000 per annual

I am recruiting for a well-established, people-focused organisation based in South Cambridge, currently looking to welcome a HR Apprentice into their small and supportive HR team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the very start of their HR career – whether you’re a recent school or college leaver, or simply looking to break into the HR field. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of HR activities while working towards a recognised qualification through an apprenticeship scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be highly organised, and bring a patient, kind, and resilient approach to work. In return, you’ll receive structured support, real responsibility, and the chance to grow in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
