Salary

£23,4000 per annum pro rata
Type: Fixed Term (initially 3 months)
Hours per Week: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday

Friday, 9:00am

5:00pm (includes half an hour unpaid lunch break)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our HR Department. This role involves assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Arranging interviews and coordinating schedules
Preparing offer letters and chasing references
Handling amendments to contracts and start date letters
Drafting probation letters and other HR documentation

Experience:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
