- You have experience in employment law and/or human resources.

- A degree and CIPD qualification are ideal but not essential.

- You possess a thorough knowledge of employment practices.

- You have a professional approach with strong communication skills.

- You’re confident when dealing with clients, both on the phone and via video conferencing.

- You can work effectively under pressure and manage your time well.

- You have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
